We are conducting an exclusive walk-in drive for women for Customer Service International Voice process. If interested, please walk-in for an interview on 19th June at Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.

Role Designation: Sr. Process Executive
Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Education Qualification: Any full-time graduation / Post Graduation
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Experience required: 1 to 2 years.
Process: International Voice Process
We are looking for talents with 1 to 2 years of International Voice Process experience. Talents should have graduation completion certificate (Degree) and mark sheets for onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

1)Provide first-level resolution to the customers
2)Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
3)Deliver exceptional customer service by acknowledging issues promptly, showing empathy, and using positive language.
4)Build rapport with customers through active listening, effective communication, and attention to detail.
5)Handle customer objections and concerns efficiently, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
6)Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the service management system.
7)Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and support.
8)Participate in ongoing training and upskilling programs to enhance technical and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1)Experience Previous experience in customer service. Experience in the telecom industry is preferred.
2)Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken & Listening skills, with the ability to speak fluently and convey technical information clearly.
3)Technical Knowledge: Basic technical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with telecom products and services is a plus.
4)Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to acknowledge customer issues, show empathy, and use positive language.
5)Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication.
6)Problem-Solving: Strong objection handling skills and attention to detail in addressing customer concerns.
7)Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
8)Upskilling: Willingness to participate in upskilling and training programs to improve service delivery.
Must adhere and non-negotiables:

1)Need to work on US shift timings.
2)Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client.
3)Need to complete successfully training within specific timeframe

Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate
Additional certifications in customer service/upskilling
