• Responsible for entire layout of electrical subsystem in battery packs.
• To prepare 2D 3D design for HV cable/LV Wiring Harness.
• To design the HV/LV Wiring harness as par with global standards based on architecture requirements.
• Exposure towards relevant safety standards in battery deign domain.
• Must be good in understanding the electro-mechanical system requirements and
• translate into design.
• Should have the ability to develop prototypes hands on.
• Should work with supply chain for identification of all items in electrical subsystem (wires, connectors etc.)
• Should have exposure towards benchmarking activities.
• Ownership of Value Engineering Value Analysis Activity on battery prodcuts.
• Should contribute towards Design review, DFMEA/DVPR etc.
• To design HV/ LV Wiring harnesses meeting time, cost, quality targets on Generation 2 products.
• Establish wiring harness design practices and methodologies meeting design guideline.
