We are looking for a motivated and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves providing high-quality support to global customers via inbound and outbound voice calls. You will troubleshoot issues, provide product/service information, and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Understand and communicate company policies effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call quality, handling time, customer satisfaction).
- Stay updated with product knowledge and system changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).
- Prior experience in an international BPO or call center is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Comfortable with night shifts or working across multiple time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience using call center software or CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
