Job Responsibilities-

• To support the QA Manager for all site Quality matters.
• All the site testing activities need to be witnessed or guidelines should be provided.
• Conduct a Daily TBTs to workers on different construction activities.
• Ensure that all the test register is maintained and all the tests were performed as per Global ITP.
• Conduct all the finishing activities audit observations and send a report to CM team for rectifications.
• Ensue that, RCC Slabs the construction joints leak test were performed and rectified if any leaks.
• Concrete yield should be performed and grade wise debit notes should send to MM tea, CM team and Commercial team every fort night.
• Water proofing activities 100% inspection to be performed and keep a record of objective evidences.
• Concrete testing and cubes casting should be as per Lodha ITP.
• Read and familiarize with the drawings and method statements.
• Carry out in-process site inspections and final inspections and signoff the WIRs.
• Liaise with Consultant for Inspections.
• Record non-compliance if any observed and follow up to close internal NCRs and ensure that all external NCRs are closed at agreed intervals.
• Maintain the cubes in house testing and update the logs regularly and ensure that all test related to concrete and steel are carried out as per Lodha ITP.
• Perform all the WIRs, Material inspections and MAS in the project.
• FTP requirements should fulfil for incoming materials.
• Ensure that inputs for monthly quality report/ weekly report to be handover to QAA Manager to develop monthly QA report moreover weekly QA report.
• Complete monitor for site laboratory requirements and calibration of equipment.
• Identify the concrete cubes failures moreover coordinate with vendors for timely performance of NDT tests.
• If any failures
• All the cubes, rebar and other materials were tested in accordance to Lodha ITP.
• Laboratory is well maintained; timely calibration is completed for all the equipment.
• Escalate to Manager for if any activity not concluded from your end.
