- Own and drive Campaign execution across all OR doors. Quality Check , Physical visits , picture and deck compilation and video making for important campaigns .
- Provide complete support for new store openings and renovations Layout planning / Category zoning / Capacity Calculation / VM elements / ISC / Actual opening and pictures and deck compilation.
- Ensure in-store communication elements based on store specific needs (eg. store directory, pathfinders etc.)
- Work within set budget controls.
- Help and Support retail marketing and brand marketing to execute activation tools for specific campaigns/promotions.
- Launch VMC program and Train and brief the VMC s across all stores with the latest guidelines and updates to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Identify and communicate local store needs and best practices to the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Conduct store visits in line with the store visit plan and ensure that all stores in the West region visited regularly.
- Keep up to date on what competitors are doing and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising Manager on any current and upcoming fashion trends across the Market.
- Implement locally applicable tactical solutions to competitor actions as advised by the Visual Merchandising Manager
- Ensure the work is done within the allotted budget for each OR store and ensure not to exceed it in any case .
- Vendor management and ensuring all their estimates , PO and Bills are coming on time and are also processed as per the set timelines .
