Job Description
  • Advise clients/students on visa options, requirements, and application procedures based on current immigration laws.
  • Review and verify documents submitted by applicants to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of clients (if applicable).
  • Monitor visa application status and communicate updates to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures in relevant countries (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Conduct information sessions, workshops, or one-on-one consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case files.
  • Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and immigration consultants as needed.
  • Provide support in case of visa refusals or other issues.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and legal requirements.
