Existing account conversion to NR basis leads received from online portal/third party website leads, India branches & overseas NRI centres through non face to face process Coordinating and following up with customers on documentation process for converting of accounts from resident status to non resident status. Sound understanding on various product impact on conversion to NR status • Ensure lead conversion with minimal leakage. Tracking FTNR to ensure accounts are opened/converted with minimal FTNR% ETB customers to be briefed on managed Programs of the Bank. Eligible customers to be onboarded/upgraded (if not part of managed program) to managed programs and relationship to be moved to NR VRM relationship management team.
