Education and Experience:

- A degree or diploma in film editing, video production, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Freshers with a compelling portfolio demonstrating skills in video editing and storytelling are welcome to apply.


Skills and Qualifications:


- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.

- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the latest trends in social media and digital content creation.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Creative thinking and storytelling skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- A good sense of timing and visual awareness.



Key Responsibilities:


- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the directors vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

- Work closely with our content team to create engaging videos for social media platforms, including reels, YouTube shorts, and long-format YouTube videos.

- Utilize creative storytelling techniques to enhance video content.

- Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the final cut.

- Apply various editing techniques to adjust the pace, mood, and narrative flow of videos.

- Incorporate sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects as needed.

- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.

- Experiment with styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements.

- Suggest or select music and sound effects.

- Archive footage for future use.
