Client case studies and testimonial videos
Event recaps, behind-the-scenes clips
Thought leadership reels and webinar snippets
Social media formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team to align on messaging and visual style
Source stock footage, animations, and background music as needed
Adapt video content to platform-specific formats and aspect ratios
Ensure consistency in branding, transitions, fonts, and color usage across videos
Support basic motion graphics, subtitling, and sound mixing
Core Skills & Traits
Video Editing Proficiency - Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Motion Design Familiarity - Bonus if comfortable with After Effects or basic animation
Attention to Detail - Sharp eye for timing, continuity, and aesthetics
Creative Thinker - Able to bring fresh ideas to the table and elevate ordinary clips into compelling stories
Quick Learner - Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback
Team Player - Works well with cross-functional teams and takes initiative
Ideal Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in video editing or multimedia content creation
Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing skills and creative sensibility
Familiarity with different video formats for social media, events, and internal communications
Basic understanding of storytelling and visual communication for B2B audiences
Interest in drones, tech, infrastructure, or storytelling is a plus
Knowledge of AI tools like Runway, Descript, or Adobe AI features is a bonus
