Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time video inspections of motor claims, interacting with customers and capturing required visuals for assessment
- Analyze damage, cross-check with policy coverage, and recommend settlements through internal systems
- Ensure customer experience is smooth, professional, and reassuring during VDO interactions
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and Service Level Agreement(Service Level Agreement(SLA)) adherence for VDO cases handled daily
- Flag potential frauds or policy deviations and escalate to appropriate teams as per protocol
