We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to help craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and UI designers to understand user needs and turn complex workflows into clean, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Design and prototype user experiences using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
• Translate concepts into user journeys and interface designs that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, research insights, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UX standards across products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of UX design experience for web or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI design, responsive design, or front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) to evaluate user behavior.
