- In-depth knowledge & working experience of hiring practices and existing labor laws with respect to the US market.
- Must be proficient in using recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based job boards such as Dice.com, Monster.com, Techfetch CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc.
- Experience in recruiting/sourcing consultants with USA visas like OPT, CPT, H1B, E3, TN, EAD, Green Card and US Citizens.
- Experience with different US Tax work classification (1099/W2/Corp 2 Corp) and Contract to Hire and Full time.
- Should have excellent and strong boolean searching skills with ability to write relevant strings while searching for profiles.
- Strong understanding experience of technical requirements.
- Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- Need working experience using different ATS (Application Tracking System) applications like Ceipal, Jobdiva, Orwin, Bullhorn etc.
- Must be comfortable working in US EST shifts.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
