> Education :- Graduates ONLY (No Undergraduates)

Pulte E2E Closing :
• Candidate should have 3 to 4 years’ experience in US Mortgage E2E Closer role
• Experience in preparing the Prelim CD, Final CD and Balancing CD with Title
• Hands on experience in Closing Documents, Invoices, Funding and preparing Closing package
• Hands on experience in Third party fees, Vesting, Tittle commitment, CPL, HOI, Tax certificate, itemization & Wiring Instructions



> Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
> Fixed Saturday and Sunday off
