The Relationship Manager / Deputy Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves sales, client servicing, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
- Provide personalized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Product & Service Consultation:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Address client concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless service delivery.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to client interactions and sales activities.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage client interactions effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service (preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance).
- Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
