Roles And Responsibilities-
1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Overseeing the customer service process.
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Required Candidate profile-
1. Undergraduate/graduates all are eligible.
2. Fresher/Experienced all can apply.
3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.
4. Must be comfortable with English
SALARY- UPTO 2.8LPA
SHIFTS- Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Week offs.
WORKING DAYS- 6
Interview Location- A8- Knowledge Boulevard, Tower- B, 7th floor- Tech Mahindra Sector 62, Noida. Sector 62 Noida. Near IMS College. Nearest Metro Station- Electronic City Noida.
