We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) principles, and front-end development, ensuring visually appealing and highly functional designs.

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create seamless digital interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design & Prototyping:

• Design and implement intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine designs.
• Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.

2. Front-End Development & Implementation:

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Work with front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.

3. User Experience Optimization:

• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Implement micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user experience.
• Ensure UI components follow accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards.

4. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Document UI/UX best practices, workflows, and design decisions for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and responsive design.
• Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and UX research methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with motion design and animations (GSAP, Lottie, CSS animations).
• Understanding of backend integration (REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase).
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles.
• Experience working with Git, Agile development, and CI/CD workflows.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end development, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and development expertise.
