Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.

Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards are met.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.

Work closely with operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Experience in Training & Quality (Voice Process).

Strong communication, presentation, and people skills.

Ability to identify training needs and implement improvements.

Passion for guiding and developing teams.
