Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
- The Master Data Management Specialist supports business processes and data quality governance by processing change requests submitted by the business teams, in accordance with current quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- The Master Data Management Specialist will have an understanding of relevant master data management processes. Activities include implementation of product related master data change requests in the ERP system, ensuring these are carried in accordance with current quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Have detailed and thorough understanding of SAP product related master data and functionality with regards to Material Management (MM), Quality (QM) and Production Planning (PP).
- Maintains master data by executing requested changes as governed by the established processes.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of business processes and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry, especially regarding change control practices and applications within a GxP environment
- Be proficient in the use of SAP and office applications, including Microsoft Access, Word, Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, TrackWise and Winshuttle.

- Performs all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
- Strictly enforce that all tasks and activities are compliant with current standard operating documents, industry regulations and customer-defined levels of service
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Job Requirements: Education Bachelors/ Masters degree in Science / PharmacyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Should be proficient in MS office tools.
- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
