Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support brand, product and sales objectives
- Understanding of the distribution channel and aligning the marketing approach, objective and calendar with the same
- Perform competition benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and improvement through material available offline, trainings, sales pitches, new creatives or any new events taking place in the market
- Handle new product launches, their UI/UX, communications, marketing collaterals, trainings etc.
- Develop insights through market research as and when needed
- Plan and execute agent campaigns, events, and promotions to boost product visibility and engagement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
- Work with internal teams (e.g., product development, sales, and finance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals
- Since this role involves co-ordination with all stakeholders, this is a completely in-office role
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in the context of Insurance
- Competition knowledge
- Self-starter
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis
