Role Overview:

Responsible for functional testing of PCB assemblies and debugging board-level faults during the production cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ICT, FCT, and manual testing for electronics PCBs.

• Debug common board failures: missing solder, wrong component value, continuity failures.

• Prepare test failure reports, maintain logs, ensure product traceability.

• Coordinate with SMT and QA teams to reduce recurring failures.

• Assist in setup and validation of test jigs and fixtures.

Skills Needed:

• Hands-on experience with:

✔️ Multimeter

✔️ Oscilloscope

✔️ Signal testing

• Good understanding of component polarity, solder joints, digital & analog fundamentals.

• Eye for precision; comfort with repetitive testing cycles.
