- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
