We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calling, building customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or referrals.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain a customer database for future cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Handle objections and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer trends, product performance, and potential opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and resilient.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
