-Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Actively engage in outbound and Inbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Bodycrafts services and generating interest.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for various spa and salon treatments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately maintain client records, appointment schedules, and sales data in our CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest spa and salon trends, services, and products to effectively promote them to clients.
-Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficient in using computers and CRM software
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
