 🔹 Design impactful telemarketing training programs

 🔹 Lead onboarding & orientation for new hires

 🔹 Strengthen sales & customer-handling skills

 🔹 Conduct call coaching & role-play sessions

 🔹 Analyze team performance & drive improvements

 🔹 Integrate the latest CRM & telemarketing tools into training

📍 Work Location: Eco Tech Park, Sholinganallur, Chennai

 👔 Experience Required: 4 – 10 Years
