TELEMARKETING Elite Caller – OUTBOUND/INBOUND/NRI
The CASAGRAND Telemarketing Elite caller team will be working on the high-ticket lead allocated to them through pre-sales software, i.e., "Salesforce/Sell.do." They will connect with the customer to identify the prospect and allocate the same to the sales team (SVC/Sales).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Executives should follow the shift timings as per the business requirement. (Between 7 AM to 1 AM- Rotational)
· Executives should be flexible for shift timings, extensions & weekend workings.
· Daily, executives should dial a minimum of 250 calls (based on operation requests, this would be Dialled up to 350 calls per day as per business requirements).
· Adhere to scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
· Good knowledge in and around Chennai Locations - Routes
· To meet the daily allocation target of 5 per day (Applicable for 1 month as a new Bee). After the completion of one month, the minimum allocation target would be 10 per day (during launch, the target would change as per business requirements).
· Persistent and results-oriented
· Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
· Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
· Team player
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in English
· Excelling in time management.
· Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
· Fixed Tuesday Week offs
· 4 Week off in a month (Week off preference not accepted)
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years Experience in any voice process – International Voice process only
· Preferably Female Candidates
· Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory
· Any Graduates /Non-Graduates
· Exceptional oral skills in regional languages – Tamil/Kannada/Telugu (Hindi optional)
