Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile sales, services, and offers.

*Handle inbound customer inquiries and route them to the appropriate department

*Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

*Provide information about new car models, financing options, servicing packages, and accessories.

*Work closely with the sales and service departments to convert leads into customers.
