1. Operations & Customer Service Activities
• You will need to reach out to our potential customers from our database and achieve the following productivity targets.
• To Support walk in customers in the branch towards providing insurance.
• Ensure customer support in respect of policy endorsements, and claims.
• Provide appropriate solutions and substitutes within the timeframes specified and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Ensure zero pendency of policies at the end of the day.
• Maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and file paperwork as and when necessary.
• Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.
• Answering calls and responding to customers appropriately.
• Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies.
Expectations
2. Work Site Marketing Activities
• Telecalling or branch walk in , database generation of 150 customers per day thru calls and branch sales activites.
• A sales conversion ratio of at least 10% of the calls i.e., 10 policies per day & conversions of 4 Two Wheelers and 3 Private Cars, 1 Taxi/LCV per day
• Ensure customer support in respect of Dealer/Partner codes, policy support, endorsements, and claims support.
• Support the sales team as and when required and participate and facilitate in any Marketing/Branding events done by the Company.
We will give you Product/ Sales Process/ IT training which will help you achieve your goals with ease.
