Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Agent calls the provided number and will reach out to the mentioned contact person.
-The agent shall follow the script and talk about the intent of the call and benefits of product/services.
-If the customer connects us to the concern person, the agent again explains the product/service to the concerned person.
-Once the customer expresses interest to Product/service, the Agent first tries to guide through the registration/sales process over the call. If the customer asks for an email, then an email is sent to the Email ID Confirmed by the customer. --The Agent will follow up with the customers to ensure that the registration/sign up/product purchase is completed.
-The Agent will maintain the list of responses and follow up dates in the provided template and share to the client time-to-time.
-For RnR customers (Ringing and not responding), a maximum attempt of 3 times shall be made
Qualifications and Skills:
-Proven experience in Telecalling or a related field.
-Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
-Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate client records and databases.
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
-Proficient in using communication tools such as emails, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
