Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or CRM systems
- Introduce the company’s products/services and explain features and benefits
- Generate leads and set up appointments or follow-ups for the sales team
- Answer customer questions and handle objections confidently
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects
- Work closely with the sales or marketing team to optimize campaign results
- Provide feedback on call trends, customer concerns, and market insights
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
