Role Overview:

You will handle inbound & outbound calls, convert enquiries into site visits, and support the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain project details and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain CRM records for every lead.

• Follow up with clients who visited the site.

• Achieve weekly lead conversion targets.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent speaking skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

• Confidence + persuasion ability.

• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills.
