Job Description
We are seeking a resilient and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Debt Collection Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for upselling products/services to existing clients, managing debt collection, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upselling:
- Proactively engage with existing clients to introduce new products/services and achieve upselling targets.
- Tailor sales strategies to individual customer needs, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
2. Debt Collection:
- Initiate contact with customers to address overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, implementing effective collection strategies under tight deadlines.
- Navigate challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
3. Customer Communication:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and building positive relationships.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively to convey the value of additional products/services.
4. Incentive-Driven Performance:
- Meet and exceed sales and debt collection targets to qualify for performance incentives.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, upselling, or debt collection roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle a high-stress environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
