Job Description
Role: As a Telecaller Intern at Jaguar Properties,
you will play a crucial role in our pre-sales process by connecting potential buyers with sellers and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads or identify new leads through various channels.
Qualification: Screen potential buyers to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments between buyers and sellers for property viewings or meetings.
Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads by qualifying potential buyers and providing accurate information about properties.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and building rapport with potential buyers.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
