We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Tele caller Intern to support our client outreach and lead generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our immigration services, and scheduling appointments with our consultants. This internship offers a great opportunity to build communication and client engagement skills while gaining exposure to the immigration consulting industry.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Explain immigration services, eligibility criteria, and consultation process.
- Answer basic queries and engage clients to build interest in our services.
- Schedule appointments for senior consultants.
- Maintain a call log and update CRM/lead tracking system regularly.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Compensation
1.80 Lakhs p.a
