Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the companys products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through telecalling and data collection.
• Product/Service Promotion: Provide information to customers about the companys offerings and highlight their benefits.
• Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls from customers, providing them with relevant information and addressing queries effectively.
• Sales Conversion: Assist in converting leads into sales by engaging customers and overcoming objections.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, tracking call outcomes and customer feedback.
• Follow-up Calls: Follow up with potential clients and leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall goals of the sales department.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor information to the management team.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and engage in effective conversations.
