Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join the BTree Systems team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with potential clients, guiding them through our range of programs, and assisting with inquiries. Your role is to engage customers over the phone, provide information, and help convert leads into satisfied BTree Systems clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for relationship-building.


Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to BTree Systems offerings.
Explain program details, benefits, and respond to any questions to ensure clarity and interest.
Maintain and update a database of leads and follow up on potential clients consistently.
Identify potential sales opportunities and pass along warm leads to the sales team.
Handle inquiries from existing clients professionally and assist in addressing concerns or directing them to appropriate resources.
Keep detailed records of calls, client interactions, and feedback for future reference and reporting.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals set by the management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in tamil and english, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage clients, answer questions clearly, and create interest in our programs.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
