Technical Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders to determine training needs, co-ordinate training delivery and schedule training sessions
• Train field engineers on support activities to include Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
• Design and conduct international and national technical trainings (face-to-face, online) for various service roles, incl. preparation and debriefing.
• Conceptual design, implementation and utilization of digital learning formats within blended learning concepts.
• Create Training Package content in collaboration with tech experts. (Training concept, Training Script, Presentation, Knowledge check).
• Check availability and maintain training equipment, tools and material/consumables
• Create and maintain training documentation.
• Plan training capacity.
• Maintain training records.
• Conduct evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that training assets are appropriate and maintained to a high standard.
• Develop and implement new methods of delivery.
• Participate in the formulation of the training budget.

Qualifications we seek in you,
Minimum qualifications:

• Either HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar role in an Engineering environment/high capital equipment.
• Basic understanding of processes and applications in Life Sciences and / or Biotechnology
• Knowledge of robotics, motors, conveyor systems, electronic modules, optical, pneumatic, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Calibration of control systems, eg, Temperature and/or volume.
• Knowledge of clean applications eg, GMP/Microelectronics/food processing.
• Knowledge of Windows and set-up procedures
• Experience of configuring PCs and installing software packages
• An understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to effectively train and manage customers in the use of technical equipment.

Salary:
Experience: Up to 6,00,000 CTC
