Job Description
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for employees and clients. This role involves creating comprehensive training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs to ensure that participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities for Technical Trainer in CSE Department :-
Develop Training Materials: Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of the audience.
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and webinars on technical topics, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Assess Training Needs: Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives, and tailor training programs to address skill gaps and organizational goals.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics; make recommendations for improvements based on data.
Provide Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and coaching to trainees, answer technical questions, and assist with problem-solving.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and IT, to align training programs with organizational objectives and integrate new tools and technologies.
Document and Report: Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress; prepare reports and summaries for management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in CSE or equivalent experience; certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar role; experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Leetcode, C++, Operating System, Data structure, Data base management, Hacker rank.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with trainees, work collaboratively with team members, and provide constructive feedback.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in instructional design or adult education.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
C++, LEEDCODE, Operating System knowledge is mandatory
