- 1. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of IT professionals,successfully sourced qualified technical candidates using a variety of recruiting methods.
- 2. Hands on experience in Niche, Semi-Niche, Super Niche & Generic Skills.
- 3. Handling PAN India requirements in various technologies, domain & levels.
- 4. Requirements gathering from the Hiring Managers, understanding the client requirements and finding quality candidates and submitting to the respective managers (delivery leads).
- 5. Processes involving sourcing, screening, identifying, interviewing, and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
- 6. Sourcing candidates by cold calling and turning into potential calls on interest and doing preliminary screening to match the requirement and submit and follow up with the candidate.
- 7. Sourcing resumes through active and passive search like job portals LinkedIn, Extensive use ofJob Portals like Naukri India.
- 8. Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and position and emailing to the shortlisted candidates.
- 9. Analyzing candidates via telephone and gaining knowledge about their employment history,skills, Education, Project details, Current CTC, Expected CTC and Notice period and overall evaluation of candidates on various parameters according to clients requirements.
- 10. Short listing the resumes based on desired skill set and experience.
- 11. Scheduling the candidate by sending Call Lettersto them, also coordinating with both interview panel and candidate making sure they reach on scheduled time and venue.
- 12. Doing Coordination in walk-in interviews and Scheduled interviews(i.e. Face to Face, Telephonic, Google meet, Microsoft team, Zoom) Scheduling interviews of candidates and blocking the calendar for the panel.
- 13. Preparing MI (Market intelligence) for certain skills and reporting to clients on their own ability.
- 14. Suggesting strategiesto meet hiring needs,creating daily MIS reports and sharing it with the businessteam.
- 15.Complete follow up and coordination with candidates from interview till post joining. 16.Maintain database recordsin the Excel database for all active and inactive candidates,submitted, potential, follow up and ensuring an accurate pipeline of qualified technical professionals.
