Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and designers to understand requirements
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions
• Coordinate with QA for testing strategies and defect resolutions
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum practices)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Document technical designs, systems, and processes as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of hands-on development experience in [programming languages – e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.]
• Proven experience in developing scalable and reliable systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior developers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices
