We are seeking a highly motivated Tech Support Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge f SQL queries, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems. This is a great opportunity for students r recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience n technical support while enhancing their understanding f various software systems.
As a Tech Support Intern, youll:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the companys systems and applications.
Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manage data.
Assist in analyzing and diagnosing user issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Document and report common technical issues, along with solutions, for future reference.
Collaborate with the development and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a deep understanding f company systems, processes, and workflows.

Excellent Knowledge n SQL Queries: Ability to write and understand complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, tools, and processes.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zoho).
Prior experience in technical support r customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
