Job Title: BAU L3 Support

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BAU Support Developer (L3 Support) to maintain and optimize the stability and performance of our production systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating across teams, and implementing long-term solutions. This role requires proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI), JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.



Responsibilities:

Provide efficient support for production systems by identifying and resolving complex code and data issues.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
Analyze and resolve issues using expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS).
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including debugging steps, solutions, and best practices.
Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and database operations to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
Work closely with the development team to address recurring problems and implement long-term fixes to enhance system reliability.
Ensure compliance with production SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders during critical incidents.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to improve system performance and processes.


Mandatory Skills:

5–8 years of experience providing L3 support for production systems, including issue resolution and optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI) and JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), with strong debugging skills.
In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, including database optimization and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with AWS services for hosting, monitoring, and scaling production systems.
Expertise in analyzing third-party API integrations and troubleshooting server/database logs.
Focus on optimizing data integrity and achieving millisecond-level latency in production environments.


Bonus Skills:

Experience in fast-paced startup environments or high-pressure production support roles.
Exposure to fintech or SaaS domains.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
