Job Description

Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives

Set and monitor team targets

Provide training and motivation

Handle high-value client negotiations

Prepare sales reports for management

Follow up with clients after booking

Coordinate for documentation and registration

Resolve client queries post-sale

Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Help in handling cancellations, refunds, etc.

Call and qualify leads from database

Share project information over phone and WhatsApp

Schedule appointments and site visits

Maintain daily calling records

Follow up with interested customers

Assist clients during visits

Collect feedback and report to sales team
