Accountabilities of the position
The Procurement & Logistics TL:
• Ensure that the Cycle Time for the represented portfolio of products is the best
in class in the represented region.
• Accepted Orders are Invoiced in Full within the Quoted Delivery times.
• Ensure Zero Defect Delivery, On time & Accurate Delivery and Invoicing.
• Continuously Monitor and Identify the gaps and lead the process improvements
in Order fulfilment leading to compression of customer order to delivery cycle
• Keep Data related to freight Bills, Inventory movement, Inventory condition,
Procurement, Supplier information - Accurate, Reconciled and Audited.
• Develop and lead the P&L team, which fosters collaboration, speed and
accountability by Adhering to laid out processes
• Compression of the delivery cycle with increased focus
• Work on reducing the logistics cost at the order level
• Build a productive, delegated and cost-effective P&L Instruments organization
• Build visible reporting and processes that handles and manages procurement
from Suppliers, Inventory management and Deliver goods and Invoices to
customers
• Synchronization of getting goods at the right time
