Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive business growth.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and equality.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of leadership experience in sales, customer service, or real estate.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
