Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our organizations growing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, identify candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce planning, and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish job descriptions and advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment processes are in compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
