Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People
Team. This role will lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and help build a strong, diverse,
and high-performing team. O
Key Responsibilities
● Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and onboarding.
● Partner closely with Business Function leaders to understand team needs and define role
requirements.
● Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
● Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline across roles.
● Run a smooth and structured interview process that ensures a great candidate experience.
● Manage ATS and recruitment trackers with real-time updates.
● Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, career page, events, etc.). O
What We’re Looking For
● 2-4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups.
● Proven ability to close multiple roles in parallel across functions.
● Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong verbal and written communication.
● Self-driven, organized, and quick to execute.
● Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Lever, etc.) is a plus. O
