We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a top-notch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Sourcing and Attraction
- Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract the best candidates across diverse recruitment channels.
- Proactively headhunt top talent through job platforms and professional networks.
- Screen applicants and assess their fit based on job requirements and alignment with organizational needs.
Candidate Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability based on hiring managers needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and create a strong talent pipeline.
Coordination and Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure interview schedules are clearly communicated and confirmed.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment sheets, reports, and candidate databases.
Onboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding, including scheduling new hires for training and preparing necessary tools, accesses, and documentation ahead of their start date.
- Act as a liaison between new hires and the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional onboarding experience.
Process Improvement
- Continuously review and propose improvements to recruitment processes and tools.
- Collaborate with the Talent Lead and other stakeholders to meet recruitment targets and enhance efficiency.
Employer Branding and Events
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Participate in virtual and in-person career events to represent the organization and attract talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations based on candidate availability and trends.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners.
Learning and Development
- Stay updated on recruitment industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Actively pursue professional development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills.
Process Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in managing candidate information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience :
- Proven experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Skills and Competencies :
- Exceptional Communication Skills : Polished verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to represent the company with professionalism, clarity, and effectiveness in all interactions.
- Effective Recruitment Communication : Skilled in using phone, email, and video conferencing tools for engaging and interviewing candidates.
- Organizational and Technological Proficiency : Highly skilled in using Google Workspace, recruitment tools, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- People-Centric Approach : Passionate about recruitment and building positive, lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and Resilience : Adaptable and skilled in managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines, maintaining professionalism and composure in dynamic and challenging environments. Must be highly available to efficiently address urgent matters as they arise.
