Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR


team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from


identifying talent needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Youll play a


key role in shaping our workforce and supporting the companys growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company careers page).


Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.


Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.


Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.


Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.


Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.


Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).


Support employer branding initiatives and build relationships with universities and recruitment agencies.


Requirements:


Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.


Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter,


ATS software).


Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience recruiting in Banking roles.


Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).


Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives.
