We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring for Sales (BDM) roles within these sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Sales (BDM) positions in the CFD, crypto, and financial industries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, actively networking within the industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s presence in the talent market.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, specifically focusing on Sales (BDM) hiring in the CFD, crypto, or financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and written skills is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
