Position:Talent Acquisition Specialist

Eligibility: MBA/MSW graduates (2024-2025 batch)

Location: Chennai - Navalur

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Coordinating and managing the recruitment process
Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Keen interest in recruitment and talent management
Compensation:

Initial 3 months as a trainee with Stipends (15000-20000 ) per month.
Based on employment confirmation, candidate will be offered a Full-time employment with a fixed CTC (3 LPA)
